My #1 Tool For Healing Back Pain

As a holistic coach, I'm a little hesitant to single out any one method and tie it to an outcome (say, back pain relief). It's always the synergy of lifestyle, diet, and supplement combinations that gets the most powerful results. My job is not to match a pill to an ill, we all know that doesn't really work.

That being said, I'd love to share with you the number ONE tool that stands out as possibly the biggest needle-mover when it comes to getting rid of back or joint pain.

Without further ado, the thing I'm talking about is supplemental systemic enzymes.

What are systemic enzymes, you ask? Why let me tell you!

Systemic enzymes are proteolytic, meaning they break down proteins. (Digestive enzymes, just for reference, are a blend of proteases, lipases, and amylases).

While our bodies make our own enzymes (we literally couldn't exist without them), around age 27, especially with a high stress lifestyle and less-than-optimal diet, the natural production of enzymes can no longer keep up with the demands. So we develop a shortage.

Have you ever noticed that as you age you no longer heal as quickly as you did when you were a child? That's due to shortage of enzymes. Or that scar tissue forms from even small scrapes or cuts? Yup, enzymes. Or that in their 30s and 40s many women start to develop conditions such as fibrocystic breast disease, uterine fibroids, and endometriosis. Why? You guessed it... enzymes.

Here are some conditions systemic enzymes can help :

✳️ *drum roll* BACK PAIN

✳️ Any other joint pain

✳️ Systemic inflammation

✳️ Arthritis

✳️ Wound healing/scar tissue reduction

✳️ And more!

You might be wondering now which systemic enzyme product is best.

I've tried a number of different formulations - Woneyzym/Wobenzym N by Garden of Life, BioZymes by Integrative Therapuetics, Systemic Enzyme Complex by Pure Encapsulations, and a couple of other ones.

However! I'll tell you that the product that has been working the BEST for me, and for many many others, is MassZymes by BiOptimizers.

MassZymes is a full-spectrum enzyme formula with more protease than any other commercially available product. That's where the magic happens! MassZymes has 5 different kinds of proteases plus all the other key enzymes you need for optimal digestion. So yes, you can use this formulation for systemic purposes AND digestive purposes.

Next question might be - what dose do I take? You can't overdose on these enzymes! Listen to this Paul Chek podcast (episode 55) with Wade Lightheart, the co-founder of BiOptimizers. He says he has tried taking ONE THOUSAND caps of MassZymes in one day! And no negative side effects! As he says, you have to own the company to be able to do that, haha, but the point is that overdosing is not a thing. (Fair warning, it's 2 hours and 37 minutes into the podcast. Enjoy!)

The recommended dose is 4 caps 2-4 times per day BETWEEN MEALS. For systemic effect, it's important to take these enzymes about 45 minutes away from food. Otherwise, they'll go to work digesting your food. Which is still beneficial, it'll just reduce the systemic effect.

And if you have any issues with digestion, watch the video on the BiOptimizers page to see how well these enzymes work for digestion.

That's all I have for you guys today. Hope you find this information helpful.
